110 Jefferson Street goes back to 1920 when Theodore J. Lingle purchased the entire lot on Jefferson Street, which included the house and building next to it.  Lingle’s occupation in 1920 was listed as a horse shoer (blacksmith) with the city of Marion.  When renovations began on the property in 2024, over one hundred horseshoes were excavated on the north side of the property.  The building has seen many different businesses occupy the building, including a printing company, laundry mat, and surveyor’s office.  The completely revitalized property is now home to James Arthur Design Company.
